These Terms of Service govern your use of the platform provided by Bildura AI, LLC. This is a placeholder agreement and will be replaced with final legal text before general availability.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Bildura platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Bildura on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
License
Subject to these terms, Bildura grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for your internal construction management purposes during your subscription term.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform; use it to build a competing product; upload unlawful or infringing content; or attempt to access another organization's data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the project records you enter.
Disclaimers
Bildura is provided "as is." Compliance, lien, and code warnings are informational aids that cite their underlying statutes — they do not constitute legal advice and are not a substitute for a licensed attorney or design professional. Bildura is not the canonical source of any building code or statute.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
