Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 20, 2026

This statement describes the accessibility of the Bildura website and platform, the standards we hold ourselves to, and how to reach us if something is not working for you.

Our commitment

Bildura AI, LLC is committed to ensuring its software and website are accessible to people with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as a requirement, not an afterthought — the construction professionals who rely on Bildura include people with a wide range of abilities, and the product should work for all of them.

Conformance target

Bildura targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG 2.2 AA is the technical standard referenced by US courts under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and is the benchmark we hold new and existing features to.

Federal and state law

We design Bildura to align with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and — for our users and customers in California — the Unruh Civil Rights Act and California Government Code sections 7405 and 11135, each of which looks to WCAG-level accessibility for digital services. Where other US states impose accessibility obligations, our WCAG 2.2 AA target is intended to meet them as well.

What we have done

The Bildura website and product are built for keyboard operation, screen-reader compatibility, sufficient color contrast, visible focus indicators, descriptive text alternatives for images, semantic landmarks and headings, a “skip to main content” shortcut, respect for the operating-system “reduce motion” preference, and interactive targets large enough to use comfortably — including from a phone on a jobsite.

Display and accessibility settings

Bildura lets you tailor how the interface looks without leaving the app. The display menu — the eye icon in the header — offers Light, Dark, High-contrast, and Sunlight (extra-bright, for reading a phone in direct sun on a jobsite) themes, three text sizes, and a reduced-motion switch. A one-click “Accessibility mode” turns on high contrast, large text, and reduced motion together. Your choices are remembered on each device, and the default “System” theme follows your operating system’s light or dark preference.

Known limitations

Some areas may not yet fully conform. Complex interactive surfaces — such as the 3D building viewer and uploaded third-party PDF documents — can be difficult to make fully accessible; where that is the case we aim to provide an accessible alternative path to the same information. We are actively working to identify and resolve remaining gaps.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier in Bildura, or need information provided in a different format, please contact us — we treat accessibility reports as priority issues. Email accessibility@bildura.com with the page or feature, the problem you experienced, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review this statement as the product evolves and will revise the date above when we make material changes.
