This Privacy Policy explains how Bildura AI, LLC (“Bildura,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use our construction management platform. This is a placeholder policy and will be replaced with final legal text before general availability.
Data We Collect
We collect account information you provide (name, email, company, role), project and document data you upload to the platform (punch items, photos, RFIs, pay applications, and related construction records), and technical data generated when you use Bildura (device, log, and usage information). Field captures may include photos and location metadata when you choose to attach them.
How We Use It
We use your data to provide and operate the Bildura platform, generate compliance and closeout outputs, improve and secure the product, communicate with you about your account, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Third Parties
We share data with service providers that help us run Bildura — including cloud hosting and storage, payment processing, AI processing, and integrations you explicitly enable (such as QuickBooks Online, DocuSign, or OpenSpace). These providers are bound by contract to use your data only to provide their service to us.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights from your account settings or by contacting us, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
